Who we are

This website (nino.id) is run by PT Nino Genio Indonesia, Plaza Aminta Lt. 5 / 504, Jl. Let. Jen. TB Simatupang Kav. 10, Jakarta Selatan 12310. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@nino.id.

What we collect

When you contact us (WhatsApp, email, phone or a call), we receive what you send: your name, number or email address, company, and the content of the conversation.

When you visit nino.id, our web server records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to keep the site running and secure.

We use the Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads lead to visits and to clicks on our WhatsApp buttons. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address, browser details and an ad-click identifier.

We also measure visits with Umami, an open-source analytics tool we host ourselves on our own server in Indonesia. Umami sets no cookies and does not identify you: it records aggregate statistics such as pages viewed, referring site, country, device type and clicks on our WhatsApp buttons. The data stays on our server; it is not shared with third parties or sold.

Why we use it

To reply to you and prepare and deliver the services you ask about; to measure and improve our advertising; and to keep the website secure. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that process data for us: Google (advertising measurement), Meta (WhatsApp, and Facebook/Instagram ads that open a WhatsApp chat), and our hosting provider (which hosts our server, including our Umami analytics). They process data under their own privacy policies and agreements with us. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Conversation and contact data is kept for as long as we need it to serve you or as the law requires, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

Your rights

Under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Email contact@nino.id and we will respond as the law requires.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage personalised ads from Google at adssettings.google.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date above.
